Celebrating Young Adult fiction by UK authors

UKYA London meet-up and more

When: Monday 20th August, from 6pm

Where: The Phoenix Artist Club (private members lounge, but you don’t need to be a member)

Why: Mainly just to meet up, chat, flail, get books signed, etc. But also…

*Fanfare* We will be announcing our Top 100 Best-ever UKYA novels as nominated by you! You don’t want to miss that.

(But don’t worry, if you can’t make it on Monday, we’ll be announcing it here too. Once we’ve recovered from Monday.)

  1. Can’t wait! Is flailing compulsory, though? If so I may need to practise…

  2. So excited! 😀 Looking forward to it! 🙂

  3. *cries* Why am I in Bath with no money?! Have an awesome time.

  4. I’ll be there! Looking forward to it, lovelies. x

  5. Not compulsory, Jim, but encouraged. You should probably practise…

  6. So far away… hope you have a great time.

  7. Well, I’ll be there. But I’m also really curious to see which other UKYA authors will be there?! Can you give us a heads up?

  8. If anyone’s going and wants free books I’m trying to take it as an opportunity to clear up some space. Check my blog at for a list. (Hope you don’t mind me plugging it, Keris!)

  9. I can’t wait! Although I’m gutted you can’t make it Sophie :o(

It’ll be awesome to see you though Clover – it’s been ages!

  10. I’d love to come – can anyone join in? But not sure I’ll make the time. How long will you be there for? x

  11. I’ll be there (thanks so much for the invite, Keris) very exciting – great venue too, they serve crisps in tupperware!
